The Real Deihl blog will be a glimpse into the madness that consumes, or rather drives me.  I’m the executive chef at Cypress in Charleston, SC.  I’m not just a chef, I’m a husband, author, butcher, snowboarder, leader, salami maker, fish cutter and most importantly, a father.
